They helped me sell my first garden style condo in Treetop Condominiums in 2000, which was an extremely successful sale financially.

In 2009, after months (and months) of showing me what seemed like 100 different condos, Julie found me a condo that had gone into foreclosure. Because of this, they ended up making hardly, if any commission after all the months Julie spent lugging me around from condo to condo. This, to me is yet another prime example of The Rupert Team being more concerned with the customer's needs over "making a quick buck".

I had never even been in a foreclosed home before. Between the ripped up walls and carpet, broken toilet and needing a new heater, air conditioner, AND water heater...it was anything but smooth sailing. The Ruperts did everything they could to help me along the way to get everything back up to par for a clear pass on the final inspection.
